Hello 👋🏽

Hi I’m Kalee and below is a little about me and how I work!

Hey, I'm Kalee

If you've landed here wondering whether therapy means sitting opposite someone who nods thoughtfully while asking, "And how does that make you feel?"... don't worry. That's never really been my style.

I'm neurodivergent (ADHD) and have spent over 15 years supporting neurodivergent children, young people and adults. During that time, I've worked with people at every stage of their journey, whether they're newly discovering they're neurodivergent, feeling completely overwhelmed, trying to make sense of life, or simply looking for someone who gets it.

My ADHD gives me lived experience, but it doesn't define the way I work. Every neurodivergent person is different, and I'm always more interested in getting to know you than assuming I already understand your experience.

I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not an interrogation. Sometimes we'll laugh, sometimes we'll sit with the difficult stuff, sometimes we'll celebrate the wins that other people might overlook.

I'm not here to fix you, because I don't believe you're broken. I'm here to help you understand yourself, untangle what feels difficult, recognise the strengths you may not even realise you have, and find ways of living that work with your brain rather than against it.

Most of all, I want you to know that your whole self is welcome here. The parts you're proud of, the parts you hide, the messy bits, the brilliant bits, the exhausted bits and the parts that are still figuring things out. You don't need to mask, have all the right words, or arrive with everything neatly packaged. You get to show up exactly as you are.

I look forward to hearing from you

Warm wishes
