As an integrative counsellor, I believe there’s no “one size fits all” in therapy.
My foundation is person-centred, but I also draw from somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems, and other approaches. At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship—when we connect, I take time to understand your unique needs and shape our sessions around what feels most supportive and meaningful for you.
What drew me to become a therapist was my own journey of self-discovery and healing. Along the way, being diagnosed with ADHD in my twenties was an important piece of the puzzle, it helped me understand myself with more kindness and clarity, as it answered lifelong questions about the differences I observed in how I managed tasks and social situations compared to my peers. But more broadly, it was a combination of my lived experiences, curiosity about people, and a strong belief in the power of human connection that drew me to this work.
I work with people experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges (romantic, familial, or platonic), low self-esteem, trauma, and neurodivergence. My aim is always to create a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered in your journey.
Outside of my work, I enjoy making art, gardening, and listening to all kinds of music. I also share my home (and sometimes my sessions!) with my cat, who likes to pop in and say hello.
