Despite it all

Despite It All Despite it all I will move on,

Despite it all my life is not done,

Despite the things that I’ve been through,

I will be free of the pain and become brand new,

For in strength we find courage to start again,

To reach for the sky peace to gain!

And no matter what I will break free,

From these chains that bind and you will see,

A new beginning a new day a new year,

With plans to live to with hope and not fear,

With the help of others to support my plan,

I can and will face the past,

And become a real me at last.
